Julia grew up in a working-class family in Ohio and has lived in Moscow, Idaho for 25 years. She raised three children in Moscow while working as a nurse, later specializing in eldercare. She loves to lend a hand and enjoy the natural beauty of the Palouse with her family and friends. Whether baking cookies for the Moscow Bears track-team, participating in a trash pickup walk or visiting Patty’s Kitchen at the farmers market, she is present in the community.
